Starting back on the meet prep! This time I will be competing in my usual 148lb weight class. The meet is July 28, so I can’t wait to get there and make some more PRs. My goal is to break the 1300 lb barrier. Some goals I have are a 500lb squat(10lb PR) , 290 lb bench (10lb PR) and a 550 lb deadlift (47lb PR, barely missed 530 last meet). I honestly think that these are obtainable goals for this meet so I am going to try my hardest to accomplish these!
