Unfortunately I have had some major technical difficulties with my previous website, and I was forced to start a whole new one. In hindsight, this was a blessing in disguise.
My new web designer, Rahman, was able to get this website flipped over and responsive within 48 hours of me providing him with the backend access. I truly can’t thank him enough.
What you can expect with the new Smitley Performance Systems website is a drastically improved ability to get up to date information, with a smooth and easy to use platform. It will take me some time to migrate some of the older content, but I am going to attempt to be much more active with providing some amazing content.
I just wanted to take the time to thank you for our patience during this crazy mishap, but it turns out it was something for the better (for you, and me!).
I hope you enjoy the new site, and feel free to leave any feedback, it’s always appreciated!
Brandon, enjoyed reading your article in power magazine. My sister in law lives in Terre haute. We come down there often. Hope to meet you and talk about training. I am just finishing 531 program. Hope to use 9 week basic training program by elite ft s soon. I cannot train on weekends like westside does. I may have to run a 3 day variation of that program. What are your thoughts on this. Talk to you later. John Oakwood illinois 61858. 217446-9568
John,
Thanks for the kind words, I really appreciate it. Awesome to here that you have family down here.
I think that you can certainly run a 3 day version of this. What I would do, is stretch the program out. So for example, your layout may look like this:
Week 1 – Workouts 1, 2, 3
Week 2 – Workouts 4, 5, 6
Week 3 – Workouts 7, 8, 9
Etc. Etc.
Basically just run the week as it is, but just do each day as you can. If you’re every down in Terre Haute, be sure to let me know and we can certainly get in touch and get in some chalk talk.
Thanks!
Brandon, Thanks for the awesome seminar. My form is much better. Going to train again after my prostrate surgery. Thanks John Currier Oakwood il
John,
My pleasure, and I’m glad you were able to make it. Let me know if you ever need anything in the future, and best of luck with the surgery!
