SEMI-CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS
This service is a blend between the downloadable options and my individualized programming. In essence, you will get a program that is selected from a vast array of templates that I have, and I will adjust the program as needed to fit your goals, equipment, and needs. This is not entirely individualized, but it is still tailed towards you. This makes the option more affordable, but with your goals and needs in mind.

- Minimum of 4 Weeks to 16 Weeks
