About The Program
One of the biggest challenges with fitness is creating time and having a plan and structure. Here at THIRST, our Adult Fitness Program is a truly unique service that only we offer. This program has no time restrictions, attendance restrictions, and every person can benefit in some sort or fashion.
Each day we provide a daily workout, with you in mind. This workout is laid out each day, from what you should do for your warm up, strength training, conditioning and cardio, as well as coaches that are going to help ensure you’re doing the exercises correctly and to work around any nagging injuries you may have.
How’s It Work?
The first step in your fitness journey is to set up a free consultation to meet with a THIRST coach about your needs and goals. Once established and we’ve gotten to know you and your goals, we can assist you in the process of how the workouts and training goes, and what you can expect. We provide one free workout, so that you can give it a try, with no obligations.
Once you’ve been established with the program, you’re able to come do your Adult Fitness Program workout at any time during business hours. There is no scheduling or planning with a coach, as we always have someone that can help walk you through your workout.
In addition to your Adult Fitness membership, you’re able to attend Open Gym at zero additional costs. This means if you just want to come to the gym and do your own workout, there is no additional fees. What to push the Prowler? No problem. Do some extra cardio or ab work? Go for it.
This program is truly designed to help make your life easier and see your fitness goals based on your schedule.
Our Adult Fitness Program is $84 per month. All prices do not include tax.
*We do offer 10% off all our adult fitness program for police/military/fire personnel.*
Monday-Thursday: 6-10am; 3-9pm
Friday: 6-10am; 3-8pm
