Personal Training
THIRST personal training is a unique, effective, and affordable way to get a great workout. Athlete and members are together in small groups (less than 10) and workout alongside each other.
Now, if you’re like any of our athletes and clients you’re probably thinking:
“But I’m not in great shape”, “I just came off an injury”, “I’m just getting started on my journey”. “How can I workout with someone else?!”
It’s a pretty simple solution though. Each program that we write is tailored and customized to the person in front of us.
In essence, even though you’ll be training at the same time as other members and clients, you will very likely be doing completely different exercises than the people in your group. You could be training next to a professional athlete, doctor, grandparent, dentist, college student, or a middle school or high school athlete.
Our theme: all our members and clients are focused on improvement. They realize that progress in the gym often equates to more success at work, home, and their personal goals outside the gym. And we want to help get you started with your own success story.
