Vertical Jump Program
THIRST is currently offering a training program for youth athletes ages 13-18 years old, specifically tailored towards improving the vertical jump.

Not only do high level programs, combines, testing, and colleges use it to dictate athleticism, but it is also the best way to predict improvement in acceleration, relative strength, and speed.
If you or an athlete is looking to see improvement, the THIRST Vertical Jump Program is an eight week, serious training program designed to put inches on your vertical, become stronger, more reactive, and a better athlete on the field or court of competition. This is the best way to help get ready during the off season.

Athletes will receive hands on coaching and a training program tailored towards their ability and needs twice a week. The first and last day will be strictly testing the vertical jump (which you will notice is a 9 week duration to account for these days). Please see details below for dates of the next available program.
