One of the most common questions that I get in realms of training with a conjugate programming method is how I keep track of all my personal records (PR’s) considering there is essentially an unlimited number of variations available. Tracking your training and personal records is a vital step to long term improvement in the strength game. Even adding just five pounds to a movement every couple of months can carry huge dividends over the course of a career.
In the video below, I discuss and show I manage and keep track of all my personal records. This method has not only been super simple to keep up with, but it’s free and can really go anywhere with you, so long as you have a smart phone and/or WiFi access. That’s a major win in my book.
If you’ve got any questions about the design or layout of how I did anything, just feel free to leave them in the comment section below.
