I went to Iron Valley with my roommate Dillon. It was a good day with some smart and strong people. I like going to places like this because you can learn so much and there are a lot of stronger people there. Definitely plan on finding somewhere like this when I graduate. I love learning about anything training. It always exciting to learn and grow better as cheesy as that sounds, Its true.
Week 3, Day 1 – Max Effort Lower
A1) SSB Box Squat – Work up to a 3RM for the day; (355)
90% of that for 2 sets of AMAP (320 x 5)
B1) SSB Pause Squat (1ct) – 4×6 (185, 225, 245, 265)
C1) Wide Stance Leg Press – 3×20
D1) GHR – 3 sets, heavy (sets of 6-10 reps; add weight/band tension if you need to)
E1) Leg Extensions – 4×20
F1) Wtd Plank – 3×30 sec
