I started lifting with my training partner Ethan Lenn again because school is back in session. We are both ready to take down our last semester here at Purdue University. We are both on different meet preps for different meets. He is doing the Purdue Barbell team meet a week after mine. Still, we are pretty much doing the same movements so it works out pretty well. So today we decided to do ME Upper. This is how my session went.
A1) Competition Bench Press – Last Warm Up x2; (240)

Then keep taking singles up to the heaviest
single you can WITHOUT MISSING (this does not have to be a PR, should be near a second-third attempt); (275) PR
Then take projected Third Attempt to a 2 board. (290)
B1) Close Grip 2 Board Press – 3×3 (RPE 9) (245,250,255)
C1) Decline DB Skull Crushers – 4×10 (50lb EZ bar)
D1) Wtd Dips – 3×10
E1) Pressdowns – 100 total reps (35lbx50, 42.5lbx50)
F1) Band Pull Aparts – 4×20
